I never knew a Big Square Baler could work so good, until I met Jim Flynn and his mechanics. Their service and knowledge is second to none. I fought my balers for a long time with knotter issues and with Jim's help, both of the balers were running very efficiently within two hours. Jim drove 2 1/2 hours to come help me and stayed all day; he moved from field-to-field with us, and didn't leave until he and I were 100% confident with both machines. I had a fairly significant breakdown with my 431, when the bearings went out of the tucker arm shaft. Jim was tied up at the time, but was able to get all the parts I needed and sent one of his crew members to bring them to me. A couple of phone calls to Jim with questions and I was up and running the same day.
